In 2003, the property was purchased by its present owner whose vision was to realize and bring to fruition the need for a small intimate "get-away" in Palm Desert. After extensive renovations, the Bed & Breakfast is open for business!

Desert Trails Guest House caters to all who want to enjoy the beauty of our community and natural surroundings. The staff specializes in guided walking tours that provide the guests an opportunity to experience the allure of all the desert surroundings, along with good physical exercise.

All-inclusive walking tour packages including all lodging, meals, guides, transportation and entrance fees are provided in the four and six day excursions. (See tour pages for examples of walking locations.) Custom itineraries may be developed according to interests and physical capabilities
